Keep Planting Seeds

Recently, I’ve been reflecting on a piece of advice my coach shared: “Keep planting seeds. You never know which of them are gonna sprout.”

To me, this isn’t about aimlessly throwing out ideas or efforts— it’s about choosing a method, focusing on the process, taking action, and allowing time to do its work.

I love that this idea shifts the focus to what I can control— the actions I take each day. Instead of fixating on the outcome, it’s asking, “What can I do today?”

Why Focusing on the Process Matters

We want quick results, but most meaningful progress takes time. By focusing on the process instead of outcomes, we free ourselves from the pressure of immediate results.   We begin to recognize that so much of our success comes from showing up throughout the journey.

Check In—But Give It Time

It’s important to check in on your progress— but not too often. Set checkpoints with yourself, maybe once a month, to ask, “Is this working? Should I adjust?” But don’t overdo it. Sometimes, you just need to let the process play out before you can see the results.

What Can You Do Today?

So, here’s my invitation to you: What seeds can you plant today? What small actions can you take that, even if you don’t see immediate results, can lead to something beautiful down the line?

Let’s keep planting. You never know what’s gonna sprout. 🌱

With warmth,
Amy
